We developed a space where Iberdrola’s customers can find all their data and information. We improved the core functionalities, ensuring information accessibility and compatibility with the rest of the digital assets, especially the Customer Area.
We designed Iberdrola’s virtual showcase. We made its social and environmental commitment tangible in a space where users can find the information they need to purchase products and services. How? By analyzing and defining the new design system.
We designed an app for electric vehicle charging, accessible to everyone whether or not they’re Iberdrola customers. It enables users to easily locate charging points, with a smooth, functional, and inclusive experience tailored for individuals and businesses alike.
We enhanced Iberdrola’s private customer portal, creating a personalized experience. A space where users can manage all their needs through clear, intuitive, and simple interactions. This redesign included optimizing user flows and improving contract management for B2B clients.
We developed the charging point management tool for Iberdrola’s business clients. With a design tailored to their needs, users can access all relevant information about their consumption, products, and operations all within a single platform.
We carried out a complete redesign of MGO, Iberdrola’s platform that lets users manage tasks online without prior registration. The overhaul introduced major improvements, simplifying and streamlining every process.
We laid the groundwork by implementing the four guiding principles of Iberdrola’s design system, creating a consistent experience and strengthening what was already there.
Working simultaneously across five countries is a true challenge. We adapted to the unique characteristics of each market while ensuring a shared, cohesive brand experience across every format.
