This story began five years ago. We joined IKEA as strategic partners to design human-centered experiences, unlock new business opportunities, and support the digital transformation of a brand that reaches the entire world.

From tactical to strategic: A shared challenge from day one

In 2020, IKEA chose us to collaborate on discovering and designing innovative solutions that would respond to new business challenges.

What began with a focus on the B2B world evolved into a broader collaboration that now drives new offerings for consumers (B2C) and strengthens IKEA’s entire digital ecosystem.

Reaching new audiences with new needs

Traditionally focused on B2C, IKEA identified B2B as a new path for growth. Our work has centered on adapting solutions to meet the needs of the business environment, designing more efficient and engaging experiences for a professional audience that values simplicity, speed, and trust.

Supporting the expansion into new business models

From retail leader to hybrid model, IKEA is evolving to combine services and products. This shift involves exploring new market layers, validating hypotheses in diverse contexts, and developing scalable, adaptable solutions.

Designing more complete and connected experiences

Building a service ecosystem led us to rethink user journeys and coordinate diverse experiences, those of both users and professionals, within a single platform, ensuring coherence and value for everyone involved.
